Milwaukee Family Photographer Summer 2022

Happy March! It’s getting so close to spring and summer… and I can’t wait! Summer is the perfect time for family photos.

Update your family photos when the weather is warm and beautiful! The earlier you get on my calendar the better. We all know how fast our summer schedules fill up. Between sports, activities and vacations, summer can fly by fast!

Have you ever looked back a year ago and thought, wow the kids were SO little! Time really does fly by. If you keep putting off family photos waiting to get to your perfect weight or once this event is checked off….it won’t get scheduled. You’ll miss out capturing those moments when your kids were ‘little’. Before you know it, they will be out of the stage you remember from ‘last year.’

You won’t regret getting in those pictures with your babies! Your kids won’t remember how you felt about yourself, but they will love seeing you in the pictures with them.

Congratulations, you are expecting a baby! This is such an exciting time! I offer packages from maternity all the way through the first year.

Maternity sessions are scheduled between 30-32 weeks along.

Sessions are done within the first 48 hours after birth in the hospital.

Sessions are done within the 5-14 days in my studio, the comfort of your own home or outdoors.

Biederer | Brookfield Fall Mini Session

Happy New Year! It’s been awhile since I’ve updated the blog. I’m excited to share with you sessions from this past fall. First up is Finn! He joined me in my new Waukesha studio to capture his 6 month milestone back in November. It’s so nice to see families again and watch how much their children have grown. Fall Mini Sessions are almost here! Who's ready for cooler weather, fall colors, hot apple cider... and FOOTBALL SEASON?! I know I am. And while I'm daydreaming of fall weather....I'm also shopping for my family for back to school and cooler weather. 

Below are some inspiration for planning what to wear for your Fall Sessions. Places I like to shop are H&M, Old Navy, Gap, Target, Carter's and Amazon. Most of these pieces below are on sale now!

3. Stick to one pattern and coordinate colors. Its best not to match with the exact same shirt or pattern.
4. Ask me for help! Seriously, if you have a question, I'd be more than happy to give you some guidance.

Finn | Wisconsin Newborn Lifestyle Session

Finn's family welcomed me into their home last month to capture those first moments at home as a family of four! Turns out it is a small world. Finn's dad went to school with my brother and sister. This is one of my favorite things about this little business of mine...meeting all of you! SO honored to capture those fleeting newborn moments. <3
 

Theriault | Pewaukee Family Mini Session

Spring Mini sessions were in full swing just a few short weeks ago... thanks to the Wisconsin winter weather this year!

The Theriault family joined me on a beautiful night in May with the Magnolia trees in full bloom. One of my favorite things about my job is all the wonderful people I get to meet, and this family was no exception! They definitely made my job fun and easy!

Arbes | Fall Mini Session

The McCombs met me in late November for a Family Lifestyle Session. Their kids are at such fun ages; we explored, played game and overall had FUN!

Amina | Milestone Session

Amina turned one recently! We met at Covered Bridge Park in Cedarburg to capture this milestone. Amina couldn't be sweeter, she loved her birthday cake! 

Wayda | Fall Mini Session

Wyler | Maternity Lifestyle Session

Vanessa is a good friend and also a photographer in Pewaukee. Its fun to get our kids together and location scout. We have daughters close in age and now sons too. This session was back in May in between thunderstorms. So glad we decided to wait in the car for a few minutes for the clouds to clear!
